For a limited time, TAN are recruiting Regional Directors across Australia and New Zealand… unlike a franchise where these regions are sold, our approach is simply to partner with the right people that fit our brand and philosophy for business improvement in the SME sector.  With the right team of Regional Directors, we believe we can have a profound influence on the SME business community.

We believe that business development in the SME sector should be accessible, engaging, powerful and sustainable to business owners everywhere.  For too long the SME sector have been under-serviced with inconsistent, non-existent and often too expensive advice.  Our belief is that business owners need advice that is accountable for its results where those giving the advice can systematically prove a Return on Investment business case.

So we’ve set ourselves the task over the next six months (until the end of 2018) of finding highly committed business people with a passion for helping others who have successfully built teams and businesses.  It may also be that you’re an existing coach or consultant who wants to amplify your influence.  Either way, we have around 20 regions to find Regional Directors for.  We have already appointed 4 Regional Directors from our internal network who have each built their own businesses based on our system.  Each of them are strong advocates for our system having used its tools and seen its effect on their local business communities.   They are key people within our network who have earned their role as Regional Director through dedication, hard work and results.

We are now recruiting externally to fill the remaining regions and once these are filled, we’re done.  That’s what we mean by limited time…

This opportunity is twofold.  On the one hand you’ll be recruiting other consultants and coaches to join your team within a region.  On the other hand, you’ll be building your own consulting business within your local business community.  These can be done concurrently.  Check out the Info Pack to see what you and your Consulting Team have access to… you’ll see the training, resources, tools and support that comes with the opportunity to become a Regional Director…
